Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using AICryptoShield. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten any individual or entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform without authorization.
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal financial schemes, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Submit wallet addresses or data that you do not have the right to analyze, in violation of privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
• Impersonate AICryptoShield staff or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

If you have API access (Enterprise tier):

• You must authenticate all requests properly.
• You must respect rate limits and usage quotas.
• You may not use the API to build competing products or resell data without written consent.
• You are responsible for all activity under your API credentials.

If the Platform allows you to submit content (e.g., feedback, reports), you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and modify that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations.
• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for material breaches.
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
• Cooperate with legal requests for information.
