By accessing or using AICryptoShield ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

AICryptoShield provides blockchain intelligence tools including wallet scanning, token scanning, risk scoring, and security reporting. Our outputs are generated from publicly available on-chain data and third-party security APIs. The Platform is an informational tool, not a guarantee of security.

You may submit public wallet addresses for analysis. You agree that:

• You will only submit addresses you have the right to analyze.
• You will not use the Platform to harass, stalk, or doxx individuals.
• You will not attempt to overwhelm our systems with excessive automated requests.
• You understand that scan results reflect publicly available data and heuristic analysis, not definitive findings.

All content provided by AICryptoShield is for informational and research purposes only.

• We do not provide financial advice.
• We do not provide legal advice.
• Risk scores and security assessments are indicators, not guarantees. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any financial or security decisions.

Blockchain threat landscapes evolve rapidly. While we strive for accuracy, AICryptoShield cannot guarantee detection of all risks, scams, vulnerabilities, or malicious activity. False positives and false negatives may occur. Use our reports as one input among many in your security evaluation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your own wallets, private keys, and seed phrases.
• Any decisions you make based on Platform outputs.
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent AICryptoShield.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of AICryptoShield or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. PDF reports generated by Pro users are licensed for personal or internal business use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICryptoShield and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AICryptoShield operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
